The calculated paces, transition recommendations, water legality standards, and Training Stress Scores (TSS) are theoretical guidelines only.Actual athletic race day outcomes are highly dependent on elevation, weather, water currents, individual fitness levels, equipment choices, and technical execution.
3. Athletic Health & Safety Disclaimer
WARNING: Triathlon training and racing are physically grueling endurance disciplines posing inherent cardiovascular, muscular, and environmental risks (including hypothermia, hyperthermia, heat stroke, and drowning).
Always consult a certified medical professional or sports cardiologist before embarking on high-intensity physical activity or adjusting target paces. Do not ignore physiological distress signals, pain, or dizziness. Tri Splits disclaims all liability for physical injuries, dehydration, or cardiovascular accidents incurred during training or race day.
4. Intellectual Property
The code, computational formulas, responsive designs, custom styling layouts, variable font configurations, and brand concepts compiled within Tri Splits are our intellectual property and protected under international copyright law. You may not copy, scrape, or republish our computational tools without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tri Splits, its developers, or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our calculator tools or training information panels.
